At nestifyliving, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be accepted for return.

Return Costs
Returns are free for orders shipped to France, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Contact our support team to request a prepaid return label.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another, please let us know when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, contact us at Support@nestifyliving.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label if your location qualifies.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
