1. What is nestifyliving?
nestifyliving is your destination for smart home products that enhance everyday comfort, security, and efficiency. We offer curated devices such as smart thermostats, humidifiers, plugs, and smoke detectors, all shipped directly from France.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Shipping times are:
France: 3–4 business days
United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
United States: 4–6 business days
4. How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
5. What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free for France, the UK, and the US. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
6. How do I start a return?
Contact us at Support@nestifyliving.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (if eligible).
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, which allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, bank account, or credit/debit card. You can check out as a guest without a PayPal account.
8. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted system. We do not store or access your full payment details.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if you’d prefer to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, please mention this when contacting us about your return.
